Can I practice Yoga on my menstrual cycle/periods?
 A. Yes, you can. However, it is not recommended to do intense yoga/ workout/ core exercises for the first 2-3 days.
   You can practice simply asanas and easy flows.
I do only simple asanas/exercise during periods, still I feel discomfort/ aches in my body?
 A. If you're experiencing pain/discomfort, you can simply skip the asana practice and do pranayama, relaxation, meditation.Â
Can I practice Yoga when I'm down with fever?
 A. During any illness, your body requires complete rest to recover as soon as possible. Once you start feeling alright, you can resume your      Yoga practice.
Can I practice Yoga during pregnancy?
 A. Yes, you can. But, please practice under the guidance of a certified prenatal yoga teacher who will be able to guide you with specific         asanas during each trimester.
Can I practice Yoga after having meals?
 A. You need to maintain a gap of 2-3 hours between your meals and Yoga practice.
Can I eat immediately after Yoga practice?
 A. It is recommended to maintain a gap of 15-30 minutes after your Yoga practice and meals.Â
What is the benefit of Shavasana?
 A. It is during Shavasana, that your body absorbs all the benefits of your practice.
Can I practice Pranayama after having meals?
 A. You need to maintain a gap of 2-3 hours between your meals and Pranayama practice.
